Image Splitter Online

or drop files here

Divide a picture into a numbered grid of image tiles. Choose rows and columns, then download the tiles together in a ZIP archive.

Choose the grid before splitting

Set the number of rows and columns for your layout. More divisions create smaller pieces rather than enlarging the source.

Keep edge pixels included

If a dimension does not divide evenly, tile sizes differ slightly so the final rows and columns still include every source pixel.

Follow the tile numbering

The exported names identify their row and column. Use them to reconstruct the grid in the correct order.

Prepare social grids separately

The splitter does not upload or schedule posts. Check the destination platform’s crop and display behavior before publishing tiles.

Image Splitter FAQs

No. It divides the image itself; add spacing in the destination layout if required.
Uneven dimensions are distributed across the grid instead of discarding the remaining pixels.
Set three rows and three columns. A 900 × 900 image produces nine 300 × 300 tiles. The ZIP filenames identify the row and column; if posting to a social grid, check that platform’s display order and crop separately.
