Privacy Policy
Selected files are processed in your browser. Website visits and optional third-party services have separate data practices described below.
1. Our Privacy Philosophy: Zero File Storage
At KK Suite, privacy is the foundational architecture of the entire platform. Traditional online utilities require uploading your photos, documents, and audio tracks to remote servers. KK Suite operates entirely differently:
No Remote File Uploads
Files selected from your device are loaded directly into your browser's local memory sandbox via HTML5 File APIs. Processing algorithms (compression, cropping, decoding, filtering, calculations) run locally. Files are never transmitted to or saved on our servers.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Because we do not require user accounts or server-side file handling, we do not collect, retain, or monetize:
- Account passwords or payment credentials for using the local tools. Information you voluntarily send by email is separate from tool processing.
- File contents, metadata, uploaded images, audio recordings, or generated outputs.
- Payment information, credit card details, or billing addresses.
- The text you enter in a local utility workspace.
3. Third-Party Assets and Delivery Networks
KK Suite loads typography from Google Fonts and includes a Google Analytics 4 page tag. These requests transmit browser and connection information to Google; analytics can use cookies and collect page-visit information. The tool processors do not attach selected files or workspace text to analytics events. PDF and QR-code libraries are served locally. Hosting providers also receive ordinary request information to deliver the site.
4. Cloud Integrations (Google Drive & Dropbox)
If you choose to use our cloud import features (such as Google Drive or Dropbox), authentication occurs directly through the official authorization dialogs provided by Google or Dropbox. KK Suite never receives or stores your master account credentials. Only the specific file you pick is downloaded directly into your browser memory for immediate processing.
5. Data Retention & Tab Closure
Tool data is held in browser memory while processing. Closing the page ends the active workspace; browser cleanup timing is controlled by the browser. Files you download remain on your device, and this does not erase browser history, downloads or third-party analytics records.
6. Inquiries Regarding Privacy
If you have any questions, clarifications, or concerns regarding our privacy standards, please reach out via our Contact page or email [email protected].
