Choose the right inputs

Double-sided output reduces paper consumption, not the number of printed sides. A blank reverse on the last sheet does not add another billable printed page.

Understand the output

Odd page counts round upward before multiplying by copies. Four 25-page booklets therefore use 52 duplex sheets rather than sharing a last sheet between different customers.

Use the result carefully

Binding is charged once per copy. Add any lamination, delivery or design work separately to a final invoice after this estimate has established the basic printing charge.
