Image Cropper
Remove unwanted edges and focus on the part of a photo you need. Set crop coordinates and dimensions, or work with square, portrait and landscape ratios.
- Set the crop in original image pixels
- Use square, 4:3, 16:9 or 9:16 ratios
- Export only the selected image area
Position the crop precisely
Set the horizontal and vertical starting coordinates, then the crop width and height. Coordinates refer to the original pixels, not the displayed preview size.
Choose the composition first
A square or portrait ratio can remove important details at the edges. Move the crop origin to keep the subject inside the selected area.
Crop before resizing
Cropping chooses what remains in the image; resizing chooses how many pixels the result has. Use them in that order for a specific composition and size.
Keep enough source detail
A very small crop contains fewer original pixels. Enlarging it later cannot recover details discarded by the crop.
Image Cropper FAQs
No. It produces rectangular crops with exact dimensions or preset ratios. Use Circle Crop for a circular mask.
The selected rectangle is extracted without stretching it to a different shape.
Choose the 1:1 crop ratio, position the crop around your subject and export the selected area. If the destination also requires a particular pixel size, use Image Resizer on that square crop afterward. Cropping removes edges rather than squeezing the image.
