Join up to 16 recordings end to end in their selection order. Add an optional crossfade to overlap adjacent boundaries and save the assembled track as WAV.

Choose the sequence intentionally

Tracks are assembled in selection order. Verify their names before processing when an interview or lesson must follow a particular sequence.

Blend neighboring boundaries

A crossfade fades one clip out while the next fades in. It shortens the total duration because the boundary regions overlap.

Keep overlaps within track limits

Crossfade duration is limited relative to the shortest source track. Very short clips cannot support a long transition.

Join rather than mix

Sequential joining plays one track after another. Use Audio Mixer when two recordings should start together and remain layered.

Audio Joiner FAQs

Enabled crossfades overlap adjacent clips, reducing the combined duration.
They are decoded and resampled for the joiner’s 44.1 kHz output.
Crossfade overlaps the end of one track with the start of the next. Two 10-second clips with a 2-second overlap produce about 18 seconds, not 20. Choose zero crossfade when the clips must follow each other without an overlap.
Audio Joiner schedules a background render after a setting changes. The completed preview or analysis replaces the previous result automatically. Processing time depends on recording length and device performance; the status message shows when the new result is ready.
