How it works
Some application notices ask for the applicant’s name and photograph date below the portrait. Add this strip only when the receiving form calls for it.
Choose the right inputs
A new white band is appended under the image. The portrait itself is not covered by the lettering, but the total image height increases by the chosen band height.
Understand the output
Name text is fitted to the available width and the date is placed on a second line. Browser system fonts determine support for Hindi and other scripts.
Use the result carefully
Check the final combined dimensions before uploading. A photo that previously matched an exact height will need another size check after the caption band is added.
