Boost muted colors more strongly than already saturated pixels.
Inputs and settings
Photo Vibrance accepts Vibrance (%) (minimum -100, maximum 100).
Worked example
Photo Vibrance example — Vibrance (%): 40. Preview instructions: Select a still photo, then use Vibrance (%): 40. The result is a PNG with boost muted colors more strongly than already saturated pixels.
Output and limitations
Muted pixels receive a larger saturation adjustment than highly colorful ones. The luminance-weighted center anchors the change, while channel extrema estimate how saturated a pixel already is. Negative values progressively reduce chroma without applying a preset photographic filter.
