Pagination adds a visible sequence to a report or application packet. Choose the first number when the file is only one section of a larger bound document.

Choose the right inputs

The label shows the current number and the last number in this sequence. It is centred horizontally at the chosen top or bottom edge.

Understand the output

Coordinates follow the page’s visible rotation and crop box. A portrait page stored with a ninety-degree rotation still receives a label aligned with its displayed reading direction.

Use the result carefully

Added labels do not move existing text out of the way. Use the margin and font-size controls to choose an empty area, and inspect every unusually small page before printing.
