Choose the right inputs

Choose a 4 × 6 inch sheet or A4, set the gap and request a number of copies. A fit check rejects more photographs than the selected layout can contain.

Understand the output

Horizontal and vertical crop controls move the source within each photo frame. Watch the preview to avoid cutting off the head or moving the face away from the required position.

Use the result carefully

The PDF uses the sheet’s real physical dimensions. Print with Actual size or 100% scaling and check a first copy with a ruler before producing a full customer batch.
