How it works
Use one subject per line with the name, obtained marks and maximum separated by vertical bars. The maximum can differ between practical and theory subjects.
Choose the right inputs
The percentage is total obtained divided by total possible marks. It is not an unweighted average of subject percentages when maxima differ.
Understand the output
Zero obtained marks are valid, while a subject maximum must be positive. Marks above the maximum are rejected so an accidental extra digit cannot inflate the score.
Use the result carefully
Boards and universities can have specific best-of, grade-point or exclusion rules. Include only the subjects required by the application you are completing.
