Business Contact QR Generator

A contact QR can carry a person’s name, organisation, phone number, email and address together. This is more useful for a business card than encoding only one telephone number.

The payload follows vCard 3.0 with separate fields and escaped punctuation. A phone scanner can offer to import those details into its contacts application.

Download contact creates a .vcf file containing the same details as the QR. It provides a direct import option when a recipient does not want to scan a printed card.

Long addresses and extensive names make a denser symbol. Keep contact data concise and test the final printed size with the phones your customers use.
